Finding A Fibromyalgia Support Group

The National Fibromyalgia Partnership (NFP) maintains a database of fibromyalgia self-help and support organizations in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and many other countries. Information for the database is provided by, and with the permission of, the organizations themselves. Listings include contact information and details on available programs and activities.

If you would like to obtain a printed list of organizations in your state/province, please use the link below and provide (1) your name and postal address, and (2) the state/province and country for which you would like information. A list will be mailed to you as soon as possible.

Please note that due to the large number of requests for information, we are unable to email support group lists and cannot respond to such requests. All information is sent by snail mail. Please note, however, that mailing addresses are kept strictly confidential and are never sold, leased, or given out to third parties.
