Member Discounts

Applicable member discounts will not be applied to your order until AFTER your  membership status at the National Fibromyalgia Partnership has been confirmed. Be advised that the automatic email confirmation that you receive immediately after placing your order will not reflect your member discount. A correct receipt will be sent to you by U.S. mail separately.

Postage Charges

No additional postage/handling charges will be added to orders being shipped within North America (U.S., Canada, or Mexico).  Orders shipped to other world destinations will require an additional postage charge which will be added to your order.
